Take it from this avid gamer, the Back to Karkand expansion pack for BF3 is truly amazing. For those of us that harken back to the day of Battlefield 2, four of our favorite BF2 maps return truly remade for the BF3 gaming environment. Returning are Karkand, Gulf of Oman, Sharqi Peninsula and my favorite of all time Wake Island. The maps are a work of art and playing on them brought me back to the old days playing BF2 and yet with all the new advancements made in Battlefield 3. You can fly the old Hover Jets in Wake Island, unlock old favorite BF3 weapons by completing achievements and more.
